Shanera is a awesome braider she did me and my daughter hair. I am tender headed and don't like for anyone to be in my head. I told her that and she took that into consideration, she did not hurt my head and my braids still came out beautiful as well as my daughter who has a lot of hair. I will be going back to have our hair re-braided by her
